It’s time again for the annual National Water Week Poster Competition. This provides a great opportunity for primary school students to put their artistic creativity to the test and learn more about the importance of water and using water efficiently at the same time.

The theme this year is Water the Heart of our Culture

Entries are now open and letters have been sent to all primary schools within the region inviting submissions, with the closing date for entries this year being 4pm Friday 1st September  Winners will be presented their prizes during National Water Week (which runs from 15-21 October).

There are also prizes for winners and runners up at the state level. These consist of $500 for the winner in each category and $250 for the runner up in each category.
