Our Corporate Plan sets out a clear direction to continuously improve in the areas that provide better service to the communities we serve.
The Plan outlines our focus, our commitments and how we will measure progress on what we have promised our customers and community. This is reviewed by our Board each year to ensure it still aligns with our areas of key focus.
The Plan also highlights how, in the year ahead, we will address the priority areas of the Minister’s Letter of Expectations. These include:
