Payment arrangements

We offer customers a variety of financial assistance options, including flexible instalment payment plans.

Flexible instalment plans enable customers to manage their individual budgets and circumstances through agreed weekly or fortnightly payments.

We are also able to provide our customers with an Easyway card. This enables customers to pay by instalments at East Gippsland Water, 133 Macleod Street, Bairnsdale or at any Australia Post Office.

Customers on an active payment arrangement will not be charged interest and an active arrangement prevents any additional debt recovery costs on overdue amounts.
