East Gippsland Water will not require customers to agree to direct debit as a condition of service.

Paying by instalment
East Gippsland Water offers customers a variety of financial assistance options, including flexible instalment payment plans.
Flexible instalment plans enable customers to manage their individual budgets and circumstances through agreed weekly or fortnightly payments.
We are also able to provide our customers with an Easyway card. This enables customers to pay by instalments at East Gippsland Water, 133 MacLeod St, Bairnsdale Victoria 3875 or at any Australia Post Office.
Customers on an active payment arrangement will not be charged interest and an active arrangement prevents any additional debt recovery costs on overdue amounts.
