What is EGW's ABN Number?

I did not receive a copy of my purchase order

  • Your contact details may have changed please contact us to check or update your details via our Supplier Form.
How do I promote my business and become an EGW supplier?

If you are a local supplier who wishes to register with EGW, please email our procurement team on procurement@egwater.vic.gov.au, along with all relevant documentation. 

Why haven't I been paid?

This may have occurred due to one of the following reasons:

  • you do not have an EGW purchase order number
  • you haven’t quoted the purchase order number on your invoice
  • your company name does not match the ABN number on the invoice
  • you may need to contact the EGW officer who engaged you in the first place.
When do I know when to commence my services or supply my goods?

 Do not commence any works or supply any goods until you receive a Purchase Order from EGW.
