Owned and operated by East Gippsland Water, water hydration stations are available to provide drinking water at community and not-for-profit events.
Portable hydration stations must connect to the East Gippsland Water mains supply and at least two weeks notice must be given prior to the event to allow time for East Gippsland Water to assess and book your application.
Is a hydration station suitable for your event?
Potentially suitable events include:
• Community festivals
• Concerts
• Sporting events such as school sports, sporting finals, triathlons and fun runs
• Exhibitions, fairs and shows
• Beach events including surf life saving carnivals
• Days of national/state significance such as Australia Day celebrations, Anzac March, Carols by Candlelight.
Portable Hydration Stations
Our hydration stations are compact and come with multiple tap connectors and hoses to connect to any water mains tap.
While our hydration stations are simple to set up and use, they are quite bulky.
Each bottle refill station and bubbler unit weighs 23kg and is packed with dimensions of approximately 1360 mm long, 500 mm wide, and 230 mm high.
We suggest bringing someone along to help you move them from our office to your vehicle.

Charges
East Gippsland Water provides portable water fountains available free of charge to community and/or non-profit making events.
