East Gippsland Water are seeking two additional community representatives to join their Customer Advisory Committee – to strengthen engagement with customers on important issues around our delivery of drinking water and water recycling services, and the local environment.
Think you have what it takes? Are you an East Gippsland Water customer and feel you could provide invaluable feedback and fairly represent broader customer views? If so, they want to hear from you – and if you are from one of the region’s smaller communities so much the better!
These are volunteer positions. The Customer Advisory Committee is essentially an advisory group to our Board, and usually meets every three months. Reasonable travel costs will be covered.
To highlight the committee’s importance, it had an instrumental role to play in developing and assessing the community engagement process for East Gippsland Water’s 2023-2028
Price Submission (five-year business plan) – ultimately deciding Guaranteed Service Levels on behalf of customers.
