East Gippsland Water is about to embark on a comprehensive program of community engagement as it takes a closer look at the services it delivers.
The focus will be on customer needs, priorities and preferences, which will help drive how the organisation develops into the future to serve customers and the community better.
East Gippsland Water’s Managing Director, Steve McKenzie said, “Over the coming weeks, starting this Friday, we’ll have staff at a number of community events, so please take the opportunity to catch up with us, have a quick chat and give some feedback. We’re keen to hear what you think of our services and your suggestions on what could be done better, or differently, going forward.
“To thank you for your time, you will be able to enter a draw to win one of five prizes of a $100 Chamber of Commerce gift card, which can be used at a variety of shops in East Gippsland.
“This is a great opportunity to have your say and we look forward to catching up!”
